Had such great experience, overall beautifully designed place.

appreciated my 1 night stay. had the double room and it was perfectly clean and huge with shower. there were a personal safe, central heating, and a work desk in the room.

The breakfast had a variety of options like omelets and hardboiled eggs, and the staff and owner were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel property was beautiful with peaceful location near quiet residential area as well as the well kept garden in the evening.

Had a fairly nice stay during our weekend. The location was favourable and lovely, not far from a smart residential area to the east of Kortrijk, the city center and the channel in Kortrijk. The room with shower...

The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean with a nice shower and cozy atmosphere, and it was located in a residential area near the river.

The Owner is very nice person. He helped always when it was needed. I liked the atmosphere there. And the location of this pension is very nice. Well, I guess we had nice room.

Well, the sauna didnt work for some reason other days, PC in the room didnt work too. But... I guess it would be solved if I would say so, but to be honest I didnt care too much about this. What was really strange that some inspector came inspect the room and didnt care that we were there.

Lovely family home in a quiet residential area, yet close to motorway and easy walking distance to shops with a bakery, pharmacy, cafe, petrol station and snack bar amongst others on the main road at the top of the street.Very welcoming and friendly host. Fantastic accommodation - we had room with sauna facility, which is small but perfectly adequate for the double room. On street parking outside house, own front door into appartment section of the house and a private hall section between the bathroom and the bedroom. Lovely breakfast, really relaxing accommodation and atmosphere and would have stayed longer if we weren't on a tight schedule. Would highly recommend.

I appreciated very much the kindness of the manager as well as the excellent breakfast. I wish that this kind of B&B will be more and more available on Booking. It changes from the standard hotels.

This B&B was hosted by an extremely nice and friendly family. The room was newly furnished, everything worked well, the shower was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, the TV was a good cable connection, and the internet worked perfectly. The breakfast was plentiful and tasted very good, a nice selection of good quality foods. It was a very good value for the money paid.

I did not like having to pay 3€ to have internet access and I also had to pay with cash. In this day and age in the hotel business, internet should be free as it is at many hotels, and credit cards should be accepted as a form of payment. This is an inconvenience.

The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, the rooms were modern with nice showers, and the hotel is conveniently located near the bustling Grote market with many dining choices.

really old towels and the bed and the cushion were too hard for me :-/ it's also kind of noisy, which doesn't matter if you have to get up early to go to work anyway, but not so nice if you want to sleep in a little...

This bed and breakfast offers a superb breakfast and incredible value for money

Spacious garden with a breakfast terrace: As I sat in the enchanting garden, sipping my coffee amidst the colorful blooms, I felt like I had wandered into a fairytale. It was the perfect start to my day, feeling like a character in Alice in Wonderland.

Nice welcome. B&B in a pleasant area of Kortrijk. Clean, well equipped room. Lovely continental breakfast, with couteous service. Own key to entrance door. Easy on-street parking.

Room with sauna is compact and at top of steep staircase. Had driven a long way, and wanted to freshen up before exploring Kortrijk, but unable to check in before 4 pm. Nice well equipped ensuite, but arrangement a little awkward to negotiate and toilet flush very noisey.
